Chapter 1
It had been weeks since the zombie apocalypse started and there were barely any humans left in Sami's hometown except for Sami herself and her parents, brothers, and sisters. They had fled to Arcadia, Alaska since that place wasn't infected with the zombie virus. Why Sami stayed, they didn't know. Sami said she wanted to stay home because she didn't want to be homesick. She was a very skilled fighter and wasn't afraid of being attacked by a horde of zombies. Her dog, Wheatley, was trained to be a guard dog despite being very tiny. He proved to be a very good guard/attack dog, since he helped Sami fight zombies by tearing them to shreds when Sami was surrounded by too many zombies unexpectedly. She escaped with only a few scratches which, luckily, weren't serious. Ever since then, Sami never left her house unless she needed too for more weapons and food.
One day, Sami was heading over to the food market when she heard a strange moaning sound. She looked around, not knowing where the noise was coming from. What startled her so much was that the voice sounded so familiar to her. If her little sister, Marian, had heard the sound she would probably have a heart attack. Sami herself almost did because it sounded so much like her favorite Youtuber's voice.
"I should probably go make sure it isn't him," Sami thought. She walked quickly to where the noise was coming from and couldn't help but gasp in horror when she saw the person.
It was him.
